False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are presented at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a 3-year length.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Requirements

These programs start out at NCV level two as well as the bare minimum requirement would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Mathematics.

Once the student finishes NCVLevel two, they'd then have attained a grade ten certificate. NCV Level three would be grade 11 and NCV Level 4 is grade twelve.

NCV Level four is at the exit level, staying equivalent to a Nationwide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade nine is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV degree two that's equivalent to an NQF level two.

On more info which type of students are suited to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that traditional schooling just isn't automatically the only method of getting an artisan or starting to be competent therefore if a student knows from an early age what their pursuits are, the NCV programme is in fact perfectly fitted to that student.
